Welcome to Art With Heart! Home to a wide variety of art: painting, drawing, photography, and other medias. All in celebration of beauty and creativity. My name is Lindsay, an art student whose dreams hang in the balance in a world where "art" careers are not the most respected, and money rules supreme. 

If anyone would like to post their own art to this website, please email me with pictures attatched at: lindsaymcgowan@live.com and in the title of your email, write "art with heart" or "I heart art" so I know it's not junk mail. If you have a flickr gallery, please send me the email corresponding with it so I can put the whole gallery on here.

I really want to create a diverse site with lots of art from different artists, including poetry and short stories. As a college student, I can hardly afford to pay for a huge site but I do plan to expand and make this site a community art site, like DeviantArt.... without subscription fees.

I'm new to making websites, so I'm sorry for the unpolished look of it all but I'm doing my best!  Thanks for taking the time to look at my page, and have a fantastic day.
