I recently found some really great scholarship sites and other resources for those attending college, and I thought it best to post them for everyone's benefit. I really hope you all find this information helpful!

Upromise.com - on this website, you register credit/debit cards and every time you spend money at specific locations, such as McDonalds, Walmart, and other stores- you can get up to 10% of what you spent back to pay for your loans, such as a SallieMae Stafford Loan. This is very useful, you can have family and friends list their cards because it does not cost a dime and it wont interfere with the benefits already on a card, such as airline miles.

Scholarshippoints.com - on this website, you earn "points" by finding codes scattered along the site and in other areas and use the points to enter the many monthly scholarship drawings on the site. There are many helpful pages about loans, student credit cards, and other related things and even a podcast which helps you learn how to make spare cash, who to get your private student loans more. It's a very great website!

Cappex.com - this website helps you figure out which colleges would best suit you, helping put you out there so that other colleges can find you. They do no give your information to a school unless you let them but find places based on your interest in location that you might like. There are also some scholarships you can apply for on the site, including one available to everyone regardless of their GPA.
